Philosophy[edit | edit source]
All ARC media must be easily readable and accessible, it should follow the ARC Brand Identity as much as possible.
Everybody who is in a photo or mentioned anywhere publicly must give informed consent prior to being posted or shared. This can be done well in advanced if they express that they are fine with that, or before every post mentioning or containing them either directly or indirectly. There are many students who would prefer to keep their names and likenesses offline, this must be respected.
Most PR materials should be immediately actionable, QR code with links to ARC etc.
