We have a HD6-14448 and a HD9-43050 that we would like to mount on the side of a masonry building. The wall is comprised of concrete masonry units with brick masonry on the outside.
- Actual weight (measured by KI4ORG):
- 2m colinear: 26lb for the 2m
- 70cm colinear: 21 lb , 14.5 ft
- 2m is discontinued but the data sheet is for a slightly bigger one
- brackets supplied with the antenna are for mounting to a tower, not masonry
- antenna should be mounted with the fiberglass section of the antenna above the roof line, but mounting hardware including metal antenna base can be below the top

Also I am looking for a mount for this antenna that would mount to masonry wall (cement block with brick). Any help would be appreciated. John KI4ORG
