This page is dedicated to the establishment of a remote HF radio. It is planned to be funded via ARDC Grant

Purchasing a modern radio, and establishing a new roof-mounted HF antenna for use with remote rig software making a network accessible HF radio

Our club has experimented heavily in providing network infrastructure to students. A long-term goal of ours has been to have a complete HF remote station, which would allow anyone on our campus network with a license a chance to get on the air at any time. Because most students live in apartments, and our shack is access restricted, this would be our only way of freely allowing students to engage with HF amateur radio at-will. We have a space, computer, and networking pre-established for this project. Installation only requires a short run of coax, the antenna, and the radio. To Be Finished, see WFView
